By accessing or using WrazyOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
WrazyOS is an AI-agent command center that provides research, content generation, SEO analysis, publishing, and related workflows. The Service may use third-party AI models, and outputs are generated by AI — they should be reviewed before publication.
Access requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no impersonation, no attempts to disrupt the platform, no unauthorized access to other users' data, and no use that violates the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish through the Service.
The Service generates content using AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any content before using or publishing it. We make no guarantee about the accuracy of generated content or of third-party data (e.g., search metrics) shown in the Service.
The Service can connect to third-party services (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, and others) using credentials you authorize. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. We access them only within the permissions you grant.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to the content you create using the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
