1. Who we are

WrazyOS ("we", "us") operates the WrazyOS platform at app.wrazyos.com — a command center for AI agents that helps businesses with content generation, SEO research, publishing, and growth workflows.

2. Information we collect

Account information: when you sign in, we store your email address, display name, and authentication details (via Supabase Auth).

Usage data: we record when and how you use the platform (research sessions, generated articles, publish events) so we can show you history and improve the product.

Connected Google data: when you (or a client) authorize the connection, we access your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data read-only through Google OAuth. This is the data you explicitly grant access to when you approve the connection.

Uploaded content: transcripts, articles, and files you upload or generate through the platform are stored on our servers (local execution engine and Supabase storage) so the platform can process and publish them.

3. How we use your information

To operate the platform: run research, generate content, manage client workflows, publish approved content to connected destinations such as WordPress, and measure performance with read-only Google data.

To provide the Google Search Console and Analytics features: we retrieve read-only performance data you have authorized us to access.

To improve the product: aggregate usage patterns help us fix bugs and prioritize features. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Google API access

When you connect a Google account (Search Console and/or Google Analytics), the platform requests only read-only scopes:

• openid email (to identify your account)

We use this data strictly to display and report on your search performance. We never write to your Google accounts, never share this data with third parties, and you can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access).

WrazyOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Where data is stored

Core platform data is stored in Supabase (hosted Postgres with row-level security) and on our own local execution server. Generated content files live on that server's filesystem. Data is processed in the region where our infrastructure is hosted.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest, and enforce per-user data isolation via row-level security. Access to Google tokens is restricted to the minimal server-side code paths that need them.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and history data while your account is active. If you delete an account or connection, we remove the associated data where technically feasible. You can disconnect Google access from within the platform or directly in your Google account settings.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also revoke any third-party Google access as described above.

9. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
